Our Educational Offerings: Building Capacity for Regeneration

To achieve our purpose, we offer a range of educational programs designed to equip individuals, organizations, and projects with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to adopt a regenerative approach. Our offerings are structured around three nested levels: personal, project, and organizational.

Personal Level: At the heart of any transformative change is the individual. We believe that developing both inner and outer skills is essential for embracing a regenerative mindset. Our inner skills enable us to navigate complexity, engage in meaningful collaboration, and lead with purpose. Additionally, we offer training in outer skills, such as facilitation and leadership, which are crucial for driving change within teams and organizations.
Project Level: Projects are the building blocks of the built environment. To elevate the outcomes of these projects, we provide education on processes and tools that support regenerative design. Our 8-week cohort-based course on the integrative design process teaches participants how to facilitate design processes that are inclusive, adaptive, and aligned with regenerative principles. We also offer additional modules on stakeholder engagement, place-sourced design, and other strategies that enhance the ecological and social value of projects.
Organizational Level: For organizations seeking to evolve towards becoming regenerative, we offer tailored modules that help build a shared understanding of regenerative principles among employees and teams. These modules support organizations in translating this understanding into their operations, decision-making, and strategic planning.
